I joined CS IB in the London office right as they finished the Glencore IPO. We were just global coordinators (not bookrunners or anything) but because of all the shady stuff at the company (like Founder/CEO being essentially a fugitive in the west; Iran deals; black market stuff) it was the biggest prospectus I'd ever seen - literally two large books.
Believe the fees were around $300 million ...in 2011 dollars.
