The Boeing documentary on Netflix is great! It will make you instantly hate the company even more. This is one of those companies I am staying far, faaaar away from at any time.
For sure part of it was, but I’d still apportion most of the blame on Boeing given the limited training on the MCAS system. This is a good summary (at bottom) or check out Flying Blind which is an awesome history of Boeing, including the two crashes.
